At FB Buildmart, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process for our customers. Our Delivery Policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping, payment, and returns, ensuring a hassle-free experience from order to delivery.

Shipping
FB Buildmart offers delivery to select areas across South Africa. If your area isn’t covered, you can collect your order directly from our store. We deliver from Monday to Thursday between 07h30 and 16h30 and Fridays 07h30-15h30. Saturday deliveries are by arrangement only, and we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
A delivery fee will be charged for each order. If your order requires delivery to multiple addresses, additional fees will apply. Orders that require multiple dispatches to the same address will not incur extra fees. You will be notified in advance if there will be multiple deliveries.
It is essential that you provide the correct delivery address. FB Buildmart will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect details provided by customers. All deliveries will require a delivery note signed upon arrival, with identification needed from the recipient. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a new delivery will be arranged, potentially incurring additional fees.
If you prefer, you can opt to collect your order from our store. Simply place your order online and select the “collect” option at checkout. Ensure you bring your order number when picking up your items. Orders must be collected within seven days to guarantee availability.

Payment
Since our website is quote-based, payment details will be arranged once your order is finalized. We will send you a quote with payment instructions, including options for EFT or direct deposit. Payments must be confirmed before dispatch.
Payment is due immediately upon confirming the quote. Your order will be processed and dispatched once the payment has been confirmed.
Yes, you will receive an official quote. Once the quote is confirmed, you will receive an official invoice and a confirmation of payment via WhatsApp or email once your payment has been received.

Returns
Yes, you can cancel your order before midnight on the day before the scheduled delivery. Please contact us directly to cancel or modify your order.
You can return any unused items within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Simply contact us to arrange the return.
You have up to 7 days to return any unwanted items after delivery or collection. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for returns.
Yes, custom orders and special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please make sure to review the details of custom items carefully before confirming your order.
